Service provider issue resolved

One of our upstream service providers experiences a network failure which has been resolved. The load balanced SMTP cluster we deployed last month did its job and continued to provide inbound SMTP connectivity for all of our customers until the connectivity at our upstream provider was restored. This is precisely why we worked so hard to put this solution in place! No messages, data or inbound SMTP connectivity was lost at our end throughout the entire event.
