At about 5:15 EDT we experienced a failure with one of our statistics servers. A new server has been installed and we are currently restoring the data. Until the restore is complete some of our customers will not have access to statistics and reports in the Control Panel and via the API. We expect that this should be resolved within about 3-4 hours. No data has been lost and this failure does not affect the ability to send email for any of our customers. We apologize for this inconvenience and will provide an update once this has been resolved.
