Due to an ongoing service interruption at Google, SocketLabs customers may have experienced increased delivery delays and bounces for messages destined to Gmail and Google Workspace users over the last 24 hours.
SocketLabs has removed all Gmail and Google Workspace addresses added to customer Suppression Lists during the time frames of known issues. We have also modified how we treat certain Google error response codes to mitigate message failures occurring to valid Google mailboxes.
