Investigating Delay In Reporting Data

We have identified and resolved an issue that delayed the delivery of some messages for a small subset of customers. Impacted customers have an assigned Sending IP address between 142.0.180.64 and 142.0.180.127. Customers impacted by this issue may have experienced a delay in message delivery to select recipient domains between 6:44AM UTC and 12:26PM UTC. All delays have been resolved and messages are processing now without delay.

The same customers may still be experiencing a delay in reporting data being displayed in the SocketLabs Control Panel. Our team is actively working to resolve this issue.
