[Update] Delay In Reporting Data

Update

We have developed a fix for delayed reporting data and are deploying it to the affected infrastructure. We will continue to monitor the progress and update here when completed.

Investigating Delay In Reporting Data

We have identified and resolved an issue that delayed the delivery of some messages for a small subset of customers. Impacted customers have an assigned Sending IP address between 142.0.180.64 and 142.0.180.127. Customers impacted by this issue may have experienced a delay in message delivery to select recipient domains between 6:44AM UTC and 12:26PM UTC. All delays have been resolved and messages are processing now without delay.

The same customers may still be experiencing a delay in reporting data being displayed in the SocketLabs Control Panel. Our team is actively working to resolve this issue.
